  • How often do Maid of the Mist boat tours depart?

    Our Niagara Falls boat tours start daily at 9:00 a.m. and depart every 15 minutes throughout the day. Please check our Schedule&Pricing for updates, as the schedule is subject to change based on weather and other factors.

  • How long does the boat tour last?

    Maid of the Mist boat tours are 20 minutes long.

  • Can I reserve a specific date or time?

    We do not accept reservations. Tours depart every 15 minutes during the day, and we strive to keep wait times to a minimum.

  • Can I purchase Maid of the Mist tickets online?

    Yes—tickets purchased online can be used any day we are open this season. Online tickets do not guarantee a specific trip departure time.

  • What address do I place into my GPS to find you?

    The entrance to the closest Niagara Falls State Park lot is at the intersection of Prospect Street and Mayor Michael O’Laughlin Drive, Niagara Falls, New York 14303.

  • Do I need a passport or other forms of identification to ride the boat?

    We do not require any identification to ride the boat. The trip will depart from the landing in Niagara Falls, New York, and return to the same location.

  • Are there any age restrictions to ride the boat?

    There are no age restrictions. Everyone in your group can enjoy the tour.

  • Can I take a wheelchair onto the boat?

    Of course. Maid of the Mist facilities, including our boats, are fully accessible.

  • Will I get wet on the tour?

    Even while wearing the complimentary hooded rain poncho we provide you with, you may still get wet on the tour. It’s part of truly experiencing Niagara Falls. Please dress accordingly.

  • Can I bring a stroller on board the boat?

    We do not recommend bringing strollers on board the boat. We have space available to store your stroller before getting on. You can pick it up upon returning from the tour.

  • Is Wi-Fi available at the Maid of the Mist?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our facility, including on board our boats.

  • Are pets allowed on board the boat?

    Pets, including emotional comfort animals, are not permitted within the Maid of the Mist Facility, including on board the boats. The only exceptions are for service dogs. A service dog is a working animal not a pet
