How often do the tours depart?
Answer: Tours start daily at 9:00am and depart every 15 minutes throughout the day. Please check our schedule & pricing page for updates, as the schedule is subject to change.

How long is our tour?
Answer: The tour is 20 minutes long.

What address do I place into my GPS to find you?
Answer: The entrance to the closest Niagara Falls State Park lot is at the intersection of Prospect Street & Mayor Michael O’Laughlin Drive, Niagara Falls, New York 14303.

Do I need a passport or other forms of identification to ride the boat?
Answer: We do not require any identification to ride the boat. The trip will depart from the landing in Niagara Falls, New York, and return to the same location.

Do you take reservations?
Answer: We do not accept reservations for the tour. We have departures every 15 minutes during the day.

Are there any age restrictions to ride the boat?
Answer: There are no age restrictions. All ages are welcome.

Can we take a wheelchair onto the boat?
Answer: Yes. Our facilities, including the boats, are fully accessible.

Will I get wet on the tour?
Answer: Although we provide each guest with a complimentary hooded rain poncho, you may get wet on the tour. Please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a stroller on board the boat?
Answer: Strollers are not recommended on board the boat. There is a place to store your stroller before you get onto the boat. You can pick it up once you return from the tour.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Maid of the Mist?
Answer: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our facility, including on board the vessels.
